Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Work Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market.
At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Team Management
Lead a team of minimum 10+ members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Structured Products, Fixed Income instruments).
2. Branch Operations Management
Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines.
Monitor operational efficiency and address process gaps proactively.
3. Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff.
Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.
Build a collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on results.
4. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients.
Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.
Address client concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
5. Market Analysis & Advisory Support
Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments.
Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.
Support clients with portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards.
Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.
