Designation: Relationship Manager

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Cluster Head

Location: Indore

Primary Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

Identify and acquire new clients for equity trading and investment services.

Build a strong network to generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.

Facilitate seamless onboarding with proper documentation and KYC compliance.

Client Relationship Management

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.

Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs to provide customized solutions.

Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and suggest timely adjustments.

Equity Market Advisory & Execution

Provide expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities, and trading strategies.

Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades.

Cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives.

Revenue Generation

Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking, value-added schemes, and third-party product sales.

Drive client activity levels to meet brokerage and sales objectives.

Explore cross-selling opportunities to maximize wallet share.

Market Awareness & Research

Stay updated on equity markets, economic developments, and corporate actions.

Share insights and proactively guide clients on portfolio strategies.

Contribute inputs for internal market reports and strategy development.

Compliance & Risk Management

Adhere to all regulatory requirements (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.).

Maintain accurate client records for audits and compliance.

Educate clients about market risks and ensure investments are aligned with their risk profile.

Academic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or related roles.

Team handling experience: Not applicable.
