Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities.
Pre-screen and qualify potential candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Provide market insights on talent availability.
Work closely with Recruiters to ensure strong candidate flow.
Qualifications:
Strong research and networking skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Entry-level or recruiting experience preferred but not required.
