Vendor management and negotiations skills.
Develop the strategic product plan and roadmap for the assigned products and lines. Manage product life cycle.
Determine which products to carry based on sales and customer feedback
SKU rationalization to optimize product line performance which includes line extensions, consolidations, deletions, and stocking status decisions
Manage digital and print advertising for your products
Vendor negotiation to decrease costs, improve lead times and make product improvements
Acts as product champion for all internal and external communications
Collects or determines market information such as; competitive offerings, market demand, industry trends, plus have keen insight into internal factors which, improve price realization, drive capacity and enhance margin contribution
Maintain close, personal contact with the sales organization and customers through field trips
Become an expert in your area and present at trade shows, sales rep and customer trainings
Duties will frequently change and the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities and learn new things
Good presentation skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Ability to develop new products based on customer feedback
Must be creative and proactive

Knowledge of carpet cleaning industry
Chemical product management
Experience in the professional cleaning, restoration, or environmental industries.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Understanding of web analytics programs, especially Google Analytics
Experience with Facebook Ads and using Facebook at a corporate level

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or technical field – Preferred, but not required.
Experience with Hubspot, Magento and BigCommerce – Preferred, but not required.
MBA or other advanced degree – Preferred, but not required.
Must have valid driver’s license and own dependable transportation.
