Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a full-service concept in Houston. The Restaurant Manager will be actively involved as they work under the direction of the Director in FOH operations.
Restaurant Manager Highlights::

Train and develop your team to ensure impeccable service
· Create a safe environment for Team Members and guests
· Immerse yourself in Bar Management, including inventory, and orders
Assist the General Manager in all phases of operations
Restaurant Manager Requirements::
· Minimum 3 years of salaried management in a casual, fast-casual, or high-volume deli restaurant environment (1-3 as GM)
· Some knowledge of food, wine, bar, and guest service
· Ability and willingness to coach and develop your team
· Positive energy, and a hands-on approach to leadership
Passion for a high-energy environment
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Fundamental understanding of P & L
Experience with volume at or above $4M annually / $80K weekly volume
Must be able to work all shifts within a 24 hour operation
