If you have been a SDR, BDR, AE, CX previously, come recruit, your phone calls will get answered!

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Conduct interviews via phone

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails; put people to work and the rest will fall into place

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (ideally, computer savvy most important)

Effective communication skills= can dominate the phones and move the needle

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills= Excel or otherwise

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

High-energy and passion

Demonstrated ability to meet quotas=Keep 30+ contractors out to work weekly
