Customer Service Representative
Start Date: September 29, 2025
Shift Options:
Tuesday – Saturday 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday – Thursday 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday – Monday 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Classroom + Floor Shadowing)
About the Role
Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting major national accounts such as CVS, Walmart, Target, and Amazon. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to transition from retail or food service into a professional setting with long-term career growth. You’ll be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer needs. ️ Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming work ticket orders via phone or electronically
Verify and qualify customer service requests
Dispatch purchase orders and coordinate technician check-ins
Provide prompt, knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate Profile
1+ year of customer service experience (retail, food service, or call center)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems
Detail-oriented and organized

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
