M-F schedule with only 1-2 weeks per month coverage needed -- no call

60% office/clinic and 40% hospital work

Patient mix: 95% adult, 5% trauma cases

Combination of clinic and OR -- roughly 2 days of operating time

Focus on joint procedures and general orthopedics

Arthroscopy and total joint replacement expertise preferred

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage

We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
