Two weeks per month -- Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

10 - 12 patients per day with maximum 3 new patients

60-minute new patient visits, 30-minute follow-ups

1:3 hospital call rotation with 4-hour weekend rounding when on call

Phone consultation responsibilities included

Oncology practice transitioning to include hematology

Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses

Assignment details and time entry in online portal
