Member of comprehensive team providing inpatient and outpatient care

New physician team member covers inpatient palliative medicine consultations and inpatient hospice, with additional mix of outpatient palliative medicine clinic, telemedicine, hospice medical directorship, long-term and acute skilled nursing facility care, and resident supervision, depending upon experience and interest
