Manage and optimize daily production within the manufacturing facility, ensuring products are made efficiently, cost-effectively, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include managing production teams and schedules, controlling costs and quality, maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Oversight:Manage the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods, including production planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Team Leadership:Lead, manage, and mentor production staff and supervisors, overseeing their performance and fostering a positive work environment.
Quality Assurance:Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications by monitoring production processes.
Cost and Efficiency Management:Develop and implement strategies to control costs, improve efficiency, and reduce waste within operations.
Inventory and Equipment:Oversee inventory levels, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure machinery is in good working order to avoid production delays.
Safety and Compliance:Ensure the manufacturing facility adheres to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry policies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
