The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts with precision and efficiency.

This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines including 3-axis and 5-axis mills and lathes.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.Program CNC machines using Siemens 840, Siemens 840D, or Siemens 828D controllers.Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes and reduce waste.

QualificationsProven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines, specifically 3-axis and 5-axis.Familiarity with CNC programming software and Siemens controllers (840, 840D, 828D).Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
