This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and a company that truly values its people. *Longevity with prior employers is critical for serious consideration.* 3+ years is Preferred.

Position Details:

Day Shift Monday to Thursday

6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mandatory 50-hour workweek)

Pay Range:

Base Pay: $16.00 â $19.00/hr. (based on experience & position)

Perfect Attendance Bonus: + $2.50/hr. (Paid Weekly!)

Total Potential Earnings: $18.50 â $21.50/hr.

Open Positions â 2+ years of Experience Required:

Frame Shop Operators

Mill Operators

Stair Builders

Panel Builders

Ship Loose Assemblers

Receivers

All employees must bring their own basic tools: hammer, tape measure, and tool belt.

What You Need to Qualify:

Must pass a Measurement Test (1/16" scale) prior to interview

Commercial construction experience is required

Must pass a background check, drug screening, and Work Fitness Evaluation (no cost to applicant)

Safety gear provided
