ERP Support Specialist

Position: ERP Support Specialist.

Location: Brantford, ON.

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000.

Status: Full-Time Permanent (on-site).

We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist to join our clients’ team in Brantford, ON. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP knowledge (Plex ERP experience preferred) and hands-on skills in SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our ERP environment within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for ERP users across the organization.

Maintain, configure, and optimize ERP functionality to meet business needs.

Develop and maintain SQL queries and SSRS reports for data analysis and decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, finance, etc.) to identify system improvements.

Proactively recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support overall business performance.

Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules.

Qualifications:

2+ years of ERP support or administration experience (manufacturing industry preferred).

Experience with Plex ERP is a strong asset.

Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
