Are you an experienced lawyer, legal project manager or operations manager ready for a new challenge?

We are looking to appoint a Legal Operations Director in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. This role offers a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to drive improvements in the firm's day-to-day operations, performance, and efficiency. Using project management and process experience, this role will provide operational support in ensuring that the firm’s vision and client services are delivered in an efficient, effective, and innovative way.

The role will balance the operational aspects of ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement. Ensuring projects are continually evolved and developed with a high degree of focus on improving efficiencies and allowing for better time capture and recovery of fees from clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a relatively senior lawyer and/or having undertaken an operations manager/director role both with experience in project management and process improvement.
