15 - 18 shifts monthly days and nights with 12-hour and 24-hour options

30 patients per day average 20 during day shifts, 10 - 15 during nights

Non-acute emergency department setting

No APP support available

Average monthly volume 850 - 900 visits

Goal 4-day length of stay for admitted patients

Low patient leave-without-being-seen rate of 0.4%

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
