We are looking for enthusiastic IT Technician.
Responsabilities:
Provide Technical Support service for users to ensure business objectives.
Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for Microsoft products.
Preparing documentation for technical solution implemented.
Perform on-site activities.
Approaches and solves requests arrived via the dedicated support channels.
Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures.
Communicating with Customers via phone, email or GotoMeeting/WebEx/Teams.
Act as Internal IT support person.
Give feedback to customers on incidents.
Providing Level 1, Level 2 and Customer Liaison support as required.
Retrieve all necessary information for further investigations.
Knowledge regarding SCCM and Active Directory.
Perform hardware service for different vendors equipment.
Provide 24/7 on-call support through rotation.
Skills and Experience:
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
MAC OS and Android concept knowledge.
Networking communication protocols knowledge would help.
Previous experience in similar job is a plus.
Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment.

Well organized, able to set priorities.
Dynamic and good communications skills.
English language.
Driving license B.
