We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Team Lead/Manager for our Back Office Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our back office team, driving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead/Manager to lead our Back Office Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, process improvement, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing a team of back office professionals

- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Ensuring exceptional service delivery to internal and external stakeholders

- Managing and resolving complex customer issues

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

- Developing and managing budgets and resource allocation plans

*Responsibilities:*

- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of back office professionals

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity

- Service Delivery: Ensure exceptional service delivery to internal and external stakeholders

- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation plans

*Requirements:*

-Freshers and Experienced in a team lead/management role in a back office operations environment

- Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams

- Strong process improvement and project management skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
