Confirm vise is true to machine and review small basic weldment Review set up sheet and problem solve any concerns Understand basic programming and work with team if concerns Run right angle head program Run all vertical machines Understand basic vacuum tool training Set up basic and advanced operations of machine centers Use appropriate machining tools: go/no go gauges, calipers, inside micrometers Set up, operate, and tend to preventative maintenance for CNC equipment Interpret and work from complex drawings and blue prints Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances Notify supervisor when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operators Responsible to record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports Maintain clean equipment/tools and work area Follow established safety procedures\n\nEducation: High School/GED - required 1 year machining certification - preferred\n\nExperience: 2-6 years of machining experience 1+ years of Haas Control - preferred 1+ years of Fanuc Bridge Mill Controls - preferred\n\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described below are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
