IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Machine Operator in Quincy!

Rate of pay for the Machine Operator is $24.00 per hour ($21.00 per hour plus $3.00 per hour for shift differential)

Hours for the Machine Operator are Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:15am. Enjoy a 3 Day Weekend!

Main Responsibilities for the Machine Operator Include:

*Assist Production Operators with run procedures (i.E., end line clearance, beginning line clearance, cleans, removal of machine parts and reassembly of machine(s) or line equipment, as needed.

*Establish and/or adjust work assignments to meet production schedules.

*After proper training and certification, operate machinery related to all production needs.

*Adhere to internal safety policies, including use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

*Complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner and keep work area neat and organized.

*Take initiative to ensure production areas and the warehouse meet the company's standard of cleanliness.

*Operate cleaning machinery (high pressure washer, foamer and floor machine, etc.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the Machine Operator Include:

*High School Diploma or Equivalent.

*Must have a minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment.

*Ability to move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, often repetitively, during a 10 hour shift.

*Must be able to safely operate, activate, use, prepare, and clean production equipment.

*Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 40 feet.
