What you will do
Conduct full-scope market research, consolidating information into actionable reports and presentations that increase company profitability.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover customer preferences and needs.
Collect, compile, and evaluate statistical data using modern and traditional research methods.
Deliver reliable market analysis, interpret findings, and provide clear recommendations.
Build and manage research databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Stay informed on market trends and best practices to bring innovative approaches to the team.
Maximize the use of external data providers for smarter customer targeting.
Partner with research agencies to access and leverage global market reports.
Collaborate across departments including technical, finance, sales, development, and management on international projects.
More about you
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (essential).
Familiarity with Go-To-Market tools, CRM systems, or other analytics software is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
