Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Minimum 7 years of construction project management or superintendent experience required.

Experience in healthcare and/or commercial construction highly preferred.

Working knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards (NFPA, OSHA, FGI, IBC, etc.).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and computer proficiency.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project demands.
