Are you ready for a new challenge in our E-Commerce & Omnichannel Planning team?:

Working alongside the company tutor, as Digital Planning Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the E-Commerce & Omnichannel Planning team activities: you will be involved in the main Planning team activities like Performance Monitoring & Reporting, Business Forecast and Merchandise Planning. You will support the team by delivering regular and ad-hoc analysis, as well as coordinating activities with different stakeholders.

What can you learn with us?:

Sales performance monitoring & reporting:

Regular (weekly/monthly) performance monitoring and reporting, updating main Digital KPIs (Net Sales, Orders, Returns, AOV etc..) and support the team having the information needed to get the full business picture.

Support regular communication and sharing of business insights

Track brand and category performance and evolution

Run ad-hoc analysis to help teams take informed business decisions

Business Forecasting

Run analysis to support Business forecasting activities

Regular update of Forecasting Documents to reflect latest information

Stay up to date on Business activities (such as stocktakes, product launches, price changes) and make sure those are reflected in the forecast

Support in sharing those forecasts with stakeholder teams

Merchandise pre-season planning:

Support in planning the most balanced assortment product mix, average selling price and markdown in line with strategic and financial goals.

Partner with Buying and Site Merchandise team, to make sure Merchandise planning is informed of all

Monitor collection arrivals, ensuring the sales forecast aligns with stock availability.

Cross-team activities management:

Act as pivotal point of contact between different stakeholder teams, creating strong partnership and communication flows,

Participate in cross-functional project teams, focusing on key digital areas such as Digital Analytics and visual merchandising, to promote and create innovation and synergies.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

A degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions like pivot tables and calculated fields.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to details and the ability to prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to think out of the box and find smart and agile solutions to problems.

Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-player mindset.

High proficiency of written and spoken English.
