Clinical Application Specialist: EchoConfidence – £60,000 to £75,000 depending on experience + Benefits – Liverpool
The Role
Are you an experienced echocardiographer who thrives on helping others learn new technologies? Do you have a strong clinical background and the confidence to guide clinical teams through change?
We’re a forward-thinking health tech company, and we’re looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to support the successful implementation and adoption of EchoConfidence, our AI-powered echocardiography software.
You’ll work closely with hospitals and clinical teams to train users, support adoption, and help integrate EchoConfidence into daily practice. Your echocardiography expertise and communication skills will play a vital role in improving diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored, in-depth training for cardiologists and sonographers
Support clinical teams post-implementation with refresher sessions and advanced user training
Analyse and improve echocardiography workflows to ensure smooth integration
Customise reporting templates and support technical interoperability with hospital systems
Demonstrate product value to prospective customers alongside the sales team
Attend conferences and industry events as a clinical expert
Maintain long-term customer relationships and provide post-sale support
Relay customer feedback and clinical insights to internal teams
Stay up to date with latest trends in echocardiography and AI in cardiac imaging

The Person
Degree in Clinical Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent
Accredited in Adult Transthoracic Echo (BSE, EACVI, ARDMS, or similar)
Minimum 3 years of clinical echocardiography experience
Strong clinical educator with excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to adapt quickly in tech-driven, fast-paced settings
Willing to travel frequently across the UK (some international travel may be required)
Full UK driving licence required
