Warehouse Supervisor

In our Legnago facility, we manufacture standard and custom-made solutions for heavy-duty vehicles focusing on electromechanical shifting, power control, and circuit protection.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. In this role, you will oversee warehouse staff, ensure smooth shipment processes, and manage trade compliance activities while driving continuous improvement.

This role is based in Legnago and reports directly to Supply Chain & Procurement Manager.

About the job:

Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient use of space

Oversee and coordinate the shipment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Manage and process all Trade Compliance activities in line with company and regulatory requirements

Support the development and improvement of processes, procedures, and best practices

Plan and coordinate work schedules, staffing needs, and training to maximize team productivity

Provide input for team performance evaluations and support professional growth

Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures in all daily activities

About you:

High school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent)

3 - 4 years of experience in Trade Compliance

Proven experience as a supervisor in a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Responsible and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Innovative and open to finding better ways of working

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
