Als Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Production Excellence am Standort Travemünde bist Du zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Gruppenleitung, Qualität und Management. Du unterstützt operative und strategische Projekte und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und zur Leistungssteigerung bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt die strategische Planung und Nachverfolgung der Produktionsleistung

Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und initiierst Lean-Projekte und Kaizen-Aktivitäten

Du entwickelst neue Ideen und setzt sie gemeinsam mit internen und externen PartnerInnen um

Du koordinierst Ressourcen in Lean-Projekten und förderst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen

Du führst Schulungen zu Lean und Kaizen durch und begleitest Zertifizierungen

Du coachst Teamleiter und Mitarbeitende in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden

Du organisierst Lean-Kommunikation (z. B. Newsletter, Lean-Tage) und Engagement-Initiativen

Du unterstützt Meetings, Briefings und Konferenzen rund um Lean und Prozessoptimierung

Du engagierst Dich in Projekte – sowohl operativ als auch strategisch

Was Du mitbringen solltest

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften oder ähnliche vergleichbare Ausbildung

mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lean Management und in der Anwendung von Lean-Tools

Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

Technisches Verständnis ist essenziell - du fühlst Dich in einem Produktionsumfeld zuhause

Was Dich auszeichnet

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
