Production Manager

Voderady is a JIT Complete Seat Assembly facility with approximately 1000 staff covering a space of 22,000 SQM.

What will be your task?

Building and motivating a team of 3 production shifts (circa 350 employees)

Working with leaders in the plant to develop current quality tools and implement continuous improvement methodologies.

Ensuring customers’ needs are met in terms of quality, quantity, times and efficiency.

Being the escalation point for analyzing product defects and implementing preventative actions.

Developing measurements and prevention systems in the production processes.

Working together with the Health and Safety department to ensure best practices are rolled out.

Personality requirements and skills

Strong drive, determination and man management skills to lead from the front and get the best out of your team.

A minimum of 4 years Management experience working within an JIT automotive production environment.

Analytical and Problem solving skills to provide systematic solutions to issues that arise.

Fluency in Slovak or Czech plus English language is mandatory.
