The position requires 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights), and the right leader will be entrusted with:
Supervising and mentoring electricians and mechanics.
Driving safety-first practices and leading critical safety discussions.
Managing planned and unplanned maintenance activities with precision.
Applying strong problem-solving skills to quickly restore operations.
Influencing results through collaboration and root cause analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on maintenance experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
Strong leadership presence, with the ability to align people and processes.
Preferred: Supervisory background in manufacturing, HR/IR knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
