AR Specialist with French - Lodz

Job description

- Delivery as per agreed timelines

-Support handling legal action and insolvency cases handled by local Accounts Receivable

- Actively supporting end-of-quarter and year-end financial close tasks for subledger Accounts Receivable

- Preparing monthly reporting to support Accounts Receivable Lead

- Adhere to SLAs

- Identify and execute transformation projects

- Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)

- Ensure quality of the deliverables

- Required to pass manual journal entries in AR

- Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements

Experience and Qualification

- Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes; Good Knowledge of Accounts payable processes

- Fluent French min B2

- English at least B2 level

- Feeling comfortable working with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Independence and self-driven attitude

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced team player skills
