Job Skills / Requirements:
Weekends (Saturday-Sunday) 7am-7pm
Must be 21 years of age or older
Armed security officer (must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit)
This is a driving post (must have good MVR and Valid Driver's License)
Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Must be willing to participate in non-lethal weapons certification
A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you
The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation
Ability to perform a periodic walking patrol throughout facilities
Conduct regular walking patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any identified security and safety concerns
Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment
Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following established procedures
Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures
Education Requirements (All): High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (All): Alabama Security Regulatory Board License
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
Pistol Permit
