Role Description:

A Functional QA professional with strong Varicent (Incentive Compensation Management - ICM) experience. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and functionality of Varicent's ICM software. The QA will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, validating compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. The role requires close collaboration with developers and stakeholders, active participation in release planning, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA process.

Essential Skills:

Hands-on experience as a Functional QA with Varicent ICM software.

Strong ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans.

Expertise in validating compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations.

Skilled in defect identification, documentation, and tracking.

Experience collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams.

Participation in release planning and process improvements.
