Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am (Monday - Friday)

What We Are Looking For

We’re now hiring a Campbell Line Worker to support the operation of the production lines, specifically Campbell line at Kenny’s Candy and Confections.

Essential Duties:

Responsible for all of the same tasks as a General Line Worker.

Weighing all, in speck product, to the correct weight, ensuring the piles are neat and not over or under weight.

Placing the piles of weighed product onto the horizontal bagger in the proper place ensuring no product is too high or in the seams. Each pile must be treated as an individual and placed with care.

Inspecting each bagged product to ensure it is in spec, prior to Boxing the product according to customer requirements. All out of spec product will be set aside as a Rebag.

Packing an array of boxes.

Empty Trash & Breakdown cardboard boxes

General Cleaning of work area, Assist with rework

Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Self-motivation

Experience or training up to 1 month or more

Good hand – eye coordination

General mathematical ability

Learning, memorizing, and executing a sequence of procedures

Willing and able to get along with others

Ability to lift 50lbs, continuous standing and walking

Must be able to run to packaging standards as set by management

Benefits

Base Pay: $19.90/hr

Year 1 Bonus: $1.22/hr

10% Shift Differential for Mid Shift: $1.90/hr

Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment (prior year profit sharing equated to an extra $5.68/hr for employees)
