Location: Holbein Carpentry & Joinery Ltd, Kenmare, County Kerry, Ireland.

Holbein Carpentry & Joinery Ltd. is a third generation, well-established and growing company specializing in high-quality bespoke joinery and carpentry services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Joiner/Carpenter to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified joiner with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on a variety of projects. You will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of bespoke joinery items, including but not limited to, furniture, cabinetry, doors, windows, and staircases.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication and assembly of bespoke joinery items according to detailed drawings and specifications.

Accurate measuring, cutting, shaping, and fitting of timber and other materials.

Use of a range of hand and power tools, as well as experience with joinery machinery (e.g., spindle moulders, thicknessers, jointers, 5-headed moulders).

Installation of joinery items on-site, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.

Requirements:

Full qualification as a Joiner/Carpenter.

Minimum 5+ years of experience working on high quality joinery products and bespoke furniture products, particularly making doors and sash windows.

CNC Experience and ability to use CAD.

Expert level experience in joinery machining.

Proficiency in working from shop drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Full driving license.
