Join the Triangle ABA Team – Change Lives Through Compassionate ABA!

Do you have a passion for helping children with autism thrive? Are you ready to join a clinician-owned team that values growth, professionalism, and teamwork? Triangle ABA is seeking a dedicated and reliable Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team!

At Triangle ABA, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services that empower children and families throughout North Carolina. We pride ourselves on being clinician-founded and operated, meaning we understand the clinical work and what it takes to support our team on the ground.

Perks & Benefits – Start Strong with Support!

Career Development: Grow into advanced roles with mentorship and continued learning.

Clinician-Led Team: Get the support you deserve from professionals who understand your role.

Professional Environment: Collaborative, positive, and mission-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills in pediatric clients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address developmental delays, sensory integration challenges, or physical impairments.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s progress and goals.

Provide therapy sessions in clinic, school, or telehealth settings, as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.

Educate families on strategies to promote skill development and independence at home and in community settings.

Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy and comply with state and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.

Knowledge of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and pediatric rehabilitation techniques.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Why Triangle ABA?

We’re clinician-owned, not investor-run, your work is respected and supported.

We prioritize transparency, trust, and quality care.

You’ll be part of a growing, supportive team making a real difference every day.
