We are on a transformation journey to standardize and digitalize logistics across our 8 business units and are currently seeking a business consultant to take active part in supporting the transformation. Danish Crown Procurement & Logistics is a recently combined department where you will find skilled colleagues in both Procurement and Logistics all working across Danish Crown Group. You will join the Group Logistics team, where skilled and committed colleagues will help bring you onboard. Your key responsibilities are:

Act as Backoffice-supporter by coordinating meetings, interviews, action plans etc.

Map logistics processes and governance

Collect data and built fact pack s

Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions are matching business needs

Contribute to building solid business cases based on facts and data

Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and engagement

Simplifying complex topics and data into clear, sharp, and impactful messaging

You take ownership of transformation success

In this position, you become an integral part of our core transformational team. We are seeking a colleague who can support us in mapping end-to-end logistics processes, operational set-ups, and governance structures. You will co-facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders across the organization to identify current state and help develop scalable solutions for logistics in Danish Crown.

You have a structured approach and like to involve stakeholders to ensure engagement, business knowledge and commitment.

You have a naturel ability to navigate in complex organization setups, and you establish quick overviews and understanding of value chain and business mechanisms. Therefore, it is important that you are able to work both strategically and tactically and understand how we best support the development in individual BUs while optimizing the totality across the Danish Crown group.

The ideal candidate would have

A relevant B.Sc or M.Sc degree within supply chain or logistics, possess expert knowledge within logistics or supply chain optimization. Having education or training within lean or six sigma will be an advantage. You can be newly educated or experience working in similar roles within supply chain and logistics. Experience as external consultant working with larger clients across different cultures would be a great background for this role. You might be trained and experienced within continuous improvement or lean.
