We are seeking a Graphics Artist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms that align with brand identity and support organizational campaigns. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration to deliver high-quality graphics, motion content, and visual storytelling that engage target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Production

Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics for digital, print, and multimedia platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, marketing materials, and advertisements.

Develop visually consistent layouts, illustrations, and branding elements in alignment with established style guides.

Branding & Visual Identity

Maintain and evolve the organization's brand identity across all communication channels.

Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand standards and reinforce the organization's visual storytelling strategy.

Collaboration & Communication

Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful graphics that support campaigns, initiatives, and product launches.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

Technical & Quality Control

Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper quality, resolution, and formatting standards.

Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.

Requirements:

5 years of professional graphic design or multimedia experience

Experience with isometric design layered in power points and large-scale printed graphics

Experience with Adobe illustrator to create the images and MS Power Point

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Effective communication skills to present and explain design concepts

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or equivalent experience

Active TS/SCI Clearance
