*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Strategic HR Planning:* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
2. *Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:* Manage recruitment processes, interviews, and onboarding.
3. *Employee Relations:* Handle employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.
4. *Benefits Administration:* Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and wellness programs.
5. *Compliance:* Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. *Training and Development:* Design and implement training programs for employee growth.
7. *Performance Management:* Develop and manage performance evaluation systems.
8. *Employee Engagement:* Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention.
*Requirements:*
1. Any certified HR officer, Business Admin, or related field.
2. Proven HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
