Job Responsibilities:
Manage workflows and tasks for the development of construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction services.
Ensure projects adhere to technical specifications, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and provide timely resolutions for technical conflicts during engineering and construction phases.
Coordinate and support the design process, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
Maintain and develop strong written and verbal communication to foster client, owner, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
Proficiently import survey field data and generate surface/topography using Autodesk Civil 3D software.
Prepare pipe networks, road alignments, grading, and cut/fill calculations for civil engineering projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is required.
5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D.
Proven ability to manage clients, projects, and staff, and thrive in a team environment.
