About The Position

Urology Locums Physician - Georgia, 2026 Planning

Opportunity to provide weekend inpatient coverage to a facility in Georgia; advanced planning; light volume and full hospital support.

24-hour call with low volume

Weekend call, 1-3 weekends per month

Practice Setting

Inpatient hospital setting

Full hospitalist and surgical support

Cerner EMR system

No clinic duties required

Schedule

Thursday 7a to Monday 7a

24-hour call (7a to 7a), typically 3 weekends available per month

No clinic; hospital consults and ED response only

Cases and Procedures

Bread & butter Urology

Inpatient rounding, ED consults, stents, and kidney stones

Expect 2-3 inpatients daily, plus occasional procedures

Requirements

Board Certified in Urology

Active Georgia license

BLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

Travel, lodging, and rental car fully included
