Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 – 3.4)

About the Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s development and wellbeing through play-based learning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs

Supporting children’s individual learning needs and interests

Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members

Creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments indoors and outdoors

Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

Knowledge of EYLF and NQF requirements

Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

A passion for supporting children’s learning journeys
