What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and mentor the nursing team in both short- and long-term care settings.

Build and maintain clinical programs, policies, and systems to ensure compliance and excellence.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver well-rounded, resident-centered care.

Monitor quality metrics and implement action plans for ongoing improvement.

Oversee documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Partner with the Administrator to align clinical strategies with operational goals.

Guide the discharge planning process to support successful transitions of care.

Lead your team confidently through surveys and inspections.

What You Bring:

Active RN license (Utah or compact state)

1+ year of leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

Strong communication, team leadership, and documentation skills

Passion for serving the geriatric population with integrity and heart

Bonus: Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

$120,000-$140,000/year plus monthly bonus
