This is a permanent role reporting to the National Key Account Manager. Job Purpose
As a KAM, you’ll be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution across e-retail platforms. You’ll build and manage key partnerships, develop joint business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver revenue and volume targets. You’ll also coach team members and help shape the future of digital commerce at Multi Bintang Indonesia.

Responsibilities
Drive business growth in e-retail channels through strategic partnerships and commercial execution
Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue and volume targets
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with platform directors and key stakeholders
Ensure product availability, correct listings, and pricing compliance across platforms
Identify growth opportunities such as bundling, exclusive launches, and channel expansion
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Revenue Management teams
Manage external relationships with marketplace teams and act as the daily point of contact
Align execution strategies with internal sales teams to ensure consistency across channels
Analyze account performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
Track and manage budgets, ensuring proper documentation and governance
Ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies, especially in regulated categories
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
3–7 years in key account management or digital commerce with full P&L responsibility
Proven background in FMCG industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Proficient in English
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce dashboards
Agile, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
