Responsibilities
Assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services based on company requirements.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and track order status, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any delays.
Maintain supplier records and update purchasing databases.
Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts.
Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishments.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and processing payments with the finance team.
