Are you a seasoned security professional ready to lead with confidence and make a real impact? MSS Security is seeking a Retail Security Supervisor to oversee operations at Stockland Birtinya, ensuring the safety and security of the site through effective leadership and adherence to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the on-site security team daily

Conduct thorough inductions for new staff in line with MSS policies

Prepare reports and advise on disciplinary actions when required

Ensure contract compliance and maintain high standards of quality control

Act as the primary contact between the client and MSS operations

Operate and maintain all site-specific security equipment

What You Bring

Proven experience in supervisory roles within the security industry

Calm and confident leadership under pressure

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of security protocols and procedures

Essential Requirement

Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control)

Full working rights in Australia

Certificate II or above in Security Operations

Full QLD Driver’s Licence (no restrictions)

Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in retail or customer-facing environments (highly desirable)
