Qualifications • Minimum of Certificate in hotel management • Certificate or training in housekeeping or laundry operations is an added advantage.

Work Experience • Previous experience in hotel laundry or housekeeping is preferred.

• Familiarity with handling laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, irons, steam press, etc.) Key Duties & Responsibilities • Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.

• Treat stains and perform minor repairs (e.g., buttons, hems) when required.

• Ensure proper handling of fabrics according to care labels and hotel standards.

• Handle guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests efficiently.

• Deliver laundered items to guest rooms in a timely manner.

• Operate laundry equipment (washers, dryers, steamers, irons) safely and correctly.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

• Handle laundry chemicals responsibly and follow safety guidelines.

• Inspect items for cleanliness and damage before returning them.

• Maintain high hygiene standards in the laundry room.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding linen supply.
