As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will:
Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
Conduct functional and skill-based ABA assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
Customize treatment plans to address the client’s needs based on assessment results
Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members
Report to the Clinical Director monthly with a review and record of the progress of each client
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
Willingness to become OHIO board certified (COBA)
At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training
Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
Schedule: Monday-Friday. Both after school hours or during the day available depending on the role. No weekends required
