We are seeking
A qualified IT Help Desk technician to assist our customers with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work with customers remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues with efficiency. Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Walk end users step-by-step through the problem-solving process. Document resolutions in knowledge base if not already there.
Follow up with customers to ensure their problem was resolved.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift accordingly.
Running/terminating data line using boom/scissor lifts.
Basic mechanical skills. (i.e. using power tools, hand tools, fish tape/sticks)
Replacing toner/ waste cartridges on MFPs.
Setting up new computers following documented instructions.
Skills and qualifications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Expert knowledge of Windows based computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with DataMax & Zebra label printers.
Replacing toner/ waste cartridges on MFPs.
Windows 10/11 experience.
CompTia A+ Computer Troubleshooting Certification desired.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred
