Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3–4 years full-time)

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in electrical work

Annual CTC: 3.3 LPA

Location: Joda

Mandatory Requirements

HT Supervisory License (issued by Govt. of Odisha)

Experience in electrical installation including HT Line work

Job Description

Ensure strict compliance with the Mines Act, Electricity Rules, and CEA Regulations.

Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, earthing systems, and motors.

Monitor power distribution systems up to 11KV, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Conduct regular testing and inspection of high-voltage equipment for insulation resistance, earth fault conditions, and load balancing.

Ensure periodic testing of protective relays, circuit breakers, and other safety devices.

Maintain logs of electric load, outages, inspection results, and safety audits.

Train and guide electricians and helpers on electrical safety and standard operating procedures.

Important Note

Candidates must be willing to work as per the CTC structure mentioned.

Preference will be given to candidates from Joda and nearby localities.
