Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Partner located in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Partner will be responsible for managing various business operations, fostering client and partner relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Daily tasks will include strategic planning, project management, and Business management. The Business Partner will work closely with different departments to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic planning and team management

Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Leadership and team management skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
