What you’ll do:

Lead hiring and onboarding

Drive employee engagement & retention

Oversee performance reviews

Ensure compliance & manage policies

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience (Plastic industry preferred)

Proficiency in English, Tamil & Malayalam

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
